GGR678 Terms and Conditions — Rules Every Player Must Know

Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on GGR678, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use GGR678.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and GGR678 ("the Company," "we," "us"). They apply to all products and services offered on GGR678, including sports betting, casino games, virtual sports, slots, roulette and any promotional offerings.

GGR678 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify players via the email address associated with their account and by displaying a notice on the GGR678 platform before the changes come into effect. Your continued use of GGR678 after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Section 02

Eligibility

To open and use a GGR678 account you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. GGR678 is strictly an adult platform. We carry out age verification checks and reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.
• Be a natural person (not a company, trust or other legal entity acting on behalf of a third party).
• Not be listed on any exclusion register or self-exclusion list operated by GGR678 or any affiliated responsible gaming scheme.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Not be an employee, contractor, agent or direct family member of an employee of GGR678 or its partner companies.

GGR678 primarily serves players based in Pakistan and prices all markets in Pakistani Rupees. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using GGR678 is lawful in your own location. GGR678 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.

Section 03

Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on GGR678. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same contact details, or different identities — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in those accounts.

When registering on GGR678, you must provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your real name, date of birth, email address and Pakistani mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

GGR678 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing any withdrawal, and at other points at our discretion, we may ask you to provide:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport or driving licence)
• Proof of your payment method (e.g. screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account in your name)
• Proof of address where required

Accounts that cannot be successfully verified may have withdrawals suspended until verification is completed. GGR678 handles all submitted documents in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Section 04

Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on GGR678 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion charges applied by GGR678 on any deposit or withdrawal.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• NayaPay (digital wallet)
• SadaPay (digital wallet)
• Bank transfer via IBFT
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

The minimum deposit amount on GGR678 is Rs 200. Minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. GGR678 does not impose a standard maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though individual limits may apply on specific payment methods.

Deposits made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are typically credited to your GGR678 balance instantly or within a few minutes. IBFT and card deposits may take up to one business hour in exceptional circumstances. Withdrawal requests are processed by GGR678 within two hours for mobile wallet methods during business operations. Delays caused by the payment provider or your bank are outside GGR678's control.

GGR678 applies a strict anti-money-laundering policy. Winnings must be withdrawn using the same payment method used for your deposit, where technically possible. Withdrawals to methods not previously used for a deposit may require additional verification. GGR678 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on any withdrawal request.

Section 05

Betting Rules

All bets placed on GGR678 are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport or market, which are published in the betting help section of the platform and may be updated from time to time. In all cases the following general rules apply:

• A bet is confirmed only once GGR678 has issued a unique bet reference number and displayed a confirmation screen. Do not assume a bet is placed until you have seen this confirmation.
• The minimum single bet on GGR678 is Rs 100. The minimum per leg in an accumulator is also Rs 100.
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or human pricing error on GGR678's part may be voided. GGR678 will notify affected players and return their stakes promptly.
• GGR678 reserves the right to impose maximum stake limits on individual markets or players at its discretion without prior notice.
• Once a bet is confirmed and its reference number issued, it cannot be cancelled by the player except through the cash-out facility where this is available on that market.
• For cricket matches affected by rain or other interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) results are accepted as official for settlement purposes. Matches abandoned before a result is achievable will generally be voided with stakes returned.
• In-play bets are accepted up to the moment the in-play market is suspended by GGR678 for settlement. Any bet received after suspension will be voided and the stake returned.

Section 06

Casino Games and Virtual Sports

All casino games offered on GGR678 — including slots and roulette — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified for fairness. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are published in the game's information panel within the GGR678 platform.

Virtual sports products on GGR678 — including virtual cricket, virtual football, virtual horse racing and other virtual competitions — are computer-generated simulations. Results are determined by certified RNG software and are entirely independent of real-world sporting results. Virtual sports events run continuously, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

GGR678 does not offer credit to players for casino or virtual sports play. All wagers must be funded from a positive account balance. Players may not stake more than their available balance on any single game round or event.

Section 07

Bonuses and Promotions

GGR678 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, accumulator boosts, cashback promotions and the Refer a Friend programme. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer on the GGR678 platform.

The following general rules apply to all GGR678 bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated in its specific terms.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR and may only be used on GGR678 products specified in the promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus per player (as identified by name, date of birth, address, email, phone number, IP address or payment method). Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus multiple times will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account closure.
• GGR678 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or expire any promotion at any time. Active bonus balances already credited will continue to be governed by the terms at the time of crediting.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent activity, use of multiple accounts, or exploitation of errors will be forfeited in full and the account closed.

Section 08

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on GGR678 and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance in the account:

• Creating more than one account on GGR678, regardless of the name, device or contact details used
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technology to interact with GGR678 without human involvement
• Exploiting errors, bugs or miscalculations in GGR678's platform or odds to obtain an unfair advantage
• Match fixing, spot fixing, or any involvement in or knowledge of an attempt to fix the outcome of any event listed on GGR678
• Collusion with other players or with any GGR678 employee in a manner that disadvantages the platform or other players
• Using GGR678 to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification or at any other point
• Using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account
• Attempting to place bets using payment methods that do not belong to you

GGR678 monitors account activity and betting patterns continuously. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be flagged for review. If confirmed, the account will be closed and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities where legally required.

Section 09

Account Suspension and Closure

GGR678 may suspend or permanently close a player's account at any time and for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity
• Request by the player to self-exclude under the Responsible Gaming policy
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so

If GGR678 closes an account due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be retained pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established, the balance will be returned to the player via the verified payment method on file. If a breach is confirmed, GGR678 reserves the right to withhold the balance.

Players who wish to close their own GGR678 account voluntarily may do so by contacting support@ggr678.ws. Any pending bets at the time of voluntary closure will be settled and the resulting balance paid out, provided KYC requirements have been met.

Section 10

Responsible Gaming

GGR678 takes responsible gaming seriously. Betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a response to stress. If you feel that your betting is becoming a problem, GGR678 offers the following tools, all available free of charge from your account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amount. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose in a given period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum continuous session length after which you will be logged out automatically.
• Cooling-off period: Take a break from GGR678 for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) while your account remains open.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or temporarily block access to your GGR678 account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the chosen period.

Section 11

Intellectual Property

All content on the GGR678 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, images, graphics, odds data and game content — is owned by or licensed to GGR678 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the GGR678 platform for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the GGR678 platform without prior written permission from GGR678. Scraping of odds data by automated means is expressly prohibited.

Section 12

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GGR678 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity arising from your use of the GGR678 platform
• Interruptions to the service caused by events outside GGR678's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, power cuts, or acts of government
• The accuracy or completeness of information provided on the platform that is sourced from third-party data providers
• Any delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers

GGR678's total liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where liability arises from gross negligence or fraud by GGR678.

Privacy and Data Protection

GGR678 collects, uses and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. Key points:
